My client, a leading regional law firm with an excellent reputation and a solid client base, has an opportunity for a fantastic, efficient secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing Team.
This is a busy team! The successful candidate will have had previous experience in conveyancing administration and should be confident managing their workload to meet deadlines, organising and prioritising their day accordingly. Their client care skills and communication skills will be excellent, acting as the link between clients and the lawyers, the successful candidate will ensuring all are kept up to date. Excellent attention to detail along with IT skills that include MS Word, Excel and Outlook are essential for this role.

This role is fully office-based, full time and permanent.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Producing correspondence, drafting documents
* Liaising with clients by phone and in person, responding to enquiries
* Audio typing
* Booking meetings and appointments: diary management
* Dealing with emails, post, filing and archiving
* Opening and closing files, filing, photocopying, scanning, cheque requests
Experience required:
* Previous secretarial/administrational experience in a conveyancing is essential
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A friendly and approachable personality, professional and with high standards
* Prioritising and managing a busy workload according to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Audio typing skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in your work
