We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant Autism who can join their team of exited and committed staff.

Responsibilities

There will be an expectation for the successful SEN Teaching Assistant Autism to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant Autism will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Autism for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.

The SEN Teaching Assistant Autism recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
