We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The ideal candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
This school needs a SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant SpLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
