We represent a school who have identified a key need for a SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
This school requires a SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
The SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
