Our client, who is a well-recognised company is looking to recruit a Counterbalance Operative to work at their busy site in Newmarket. The right candidate must have a current Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence and must have at least a minimum of 2 Years experience.

Working as part of the Production Team, the primary function of the role is to maintain, locate and distribute materials accurately and within a timely manner, ensuring all relevant data processes are accurately executed.

Duties:

* Operating a counterbalance forklift to lift, move, and stack materials and products within a production area.

* Packing orders and preparing them for dispatch.

* Receiving goods into inventory, ensuring a high level of accuracy

* Keeping the production area clean and tidy.

* Support the training and development of work colleagues as may be required.

Hours & Pay:

* Full-Time (Rotational shifts)

* Working hours are:

1. Week 1: Monday and Friday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

2. Week 2: Monday and Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

* The rate of pay is £12.93 per hour.

Personal Specification:

* Must have warehouse/ production experience.

* Be reliable and trustworthy.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Be physically fit and able to do some heavy lifting.

* Must have valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
