They are seeking a Key Account Manager to focus on the new-build and retrofit Social Housing market. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing specifications with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Social Landlords, while managing the sales process through the company's distribution network. This role covers one of the business's highest-performing regions, a consistently top-revenue area generating multi-million-pound turnover.

With a strong reputation in the industry and a robust pipeline of projects, the incoming Key Account Manager will inherit existing opportunities while also driving new business development.

This position is ideal for a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager experienced in working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Social Landlords, particularly those selling related products or systems. Experience with heating solutions, heat pumps, MVHR, ventilation, HIUs, boilers, metering, or other HVAC systems would be highly relevant.

The Key Account Manager package:

* £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
