Gifford and Partners (GAP) are working with a thriving global manufacturing business, servicing multiple sectors. As a result of much growth and expantion, they are now entrusting GAP to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager/Head of Finance to take charge of our finance function during an exciting period of growth.

The Role: As Finance Manager/Head of Finance, you will:

Lead financial reporting, produce management accounts, and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
Implement budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform key decisions.
Collaborate with operational teams and non financial audiences to drive insights and improve project profitability.
Manage transactional finance, VAT/Tax R&D and statutory reporting.About You: You'll ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivlant with:

Strong management accounting and SME experience.
Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
A hands-on approach, comfortable with both strategic initiatives and day-to-day financial tasks.Why Join?
