Our client specialises in a comprehensive range of services including building, joinery, refurbishment, and fit out contracts across the UK and Ireland, catering to various sectors within the building industry. They have built a stellar reputation across the industry, resulting in a significant portion of their business being generated through repeat clients.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on fit out and refurbishment projects.

As the QS, you'll help manage the commercial aspects of between 4-6 projects a month in terms of client liaison, preparing and submitting applications, agreeing VOs, and forming agreements with clients.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Attend all commercial meetings internal/external relevant to multiple projects
Oversee/monitor contract costs against agreed budgets
Monitor the use of cost and financial reporting systems
Prepare and submit cash flow forecasting as required
Carry out monthly/periodic financial reviews (CVRs)
Oversee and monitor the production, submission and agreement of final accounts
Build working relationships with supply chain, consultants and clients where appropriate.
