We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking responsive repairs and maintenance in residential homes occupied by tenants
Using an electronic hand held device to receive work orders and and managing appointment schedules
Accurately diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs
Providing out of hours support on a rotational basisRequirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Benefits:
