Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have the compassion and skills to support children with special needs? Term Time Teachers and looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join our inclusive and vibrant community of educators.

Who will love this role:

This would be a great opportunity for an individual with experience working with children with special needs as our schools are looking for someone to slot straight into their team. Perhaps you have previously been a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, worked in the care sector, or have a family member with additional needs.

What you'll do as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special needs
Implement tailored learning plans and adapted teaching materials
Foster and nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers and parents

What you need to be a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:

Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility and creativity to adapting to student needs
Experience with special educational needs (desirable, not essential)

Information on the Special Needs Teaching Assistant role:

Location- Sevenoaks, Kent

Pay- £85-100 per day. This is equivalent to £425-£500 per week Full-Time. Day rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Contract- Short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available.

Year- Key Stages 1-5 (Years 1-13, age 5-19).

Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
