Generic Housing Officer or Tenancy Management Officer experience essential; working knowledge of leasehold issues would be desirable.

Working in the Resident Management team and will be responsible for dealing with any queries from resident, leaseholder, shared owners and social tenants that are too complex to handle in the customer service centre.
Reducing customer complaints
This will be on a patch or a patchless basis depending on the need of the customers.
To assess and resolve a wide range of complex enquires in accordance with established processes, procedures and policies. with the objective of providing an outstanding customer experience, this includes; permissions, licenses, sub-lettings, assignments, tenancy visits, tenancy check & general queries
