Maintenance Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our clients highly successful Structural Steel Fabrication Business near to Derby.

You will join the maintenance department ensuring coordination of maintenance and service-related duties are carried out within the production factory.

Maintenance Manager duties include:

* Working closely with the production team to coordinate and carry out all maintenance and service-related duties

* Procurement for new and spare parts in line with agreed budgets

* Effectively manage and prioritise workloads within agreed schedules

* Manage a small team

* Attending Management/Supervisor meetings as required

Maintenance Manager requirements:

* Recognised Engineering qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline

* Must have a strong understanding of the operation of CNC machinery; diagnose and maintain

* A minimum 5 years of Electrical experience

* Competent user of Windows and ability to manage digital records
