4Site are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our prestigious client to lead their high-end residential projects to successful completion.
Our client has a reputation for excellence and are well-known for their high end residential projects based in Central London.
Job Description: As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the number one on-site, reporting directly to the Project Manager and responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-end residential projects. You will manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
Ensure quality control and attention to detail are maintained throughout all stages of the project.
Problem-solve on-site issues promptly and effectively, minimizing delays and disruptions.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong track record in high-end residential projects.
Extensive knowledge of UK construction regulations and standards.
Confident in managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.
