Are you a versatile and skilled engineer with electrical qualifications looking for a dynamic role in facilities maintenance? We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in a mobile role, covering Swindon and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and general building services across multiple sites.
Respond to reactive maintenance calls, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems are operating at optimal performance.
Carry out electrical installations, fault-finding, and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and fabric repairs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, completing risk assessments and method statements as required.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed, using company systems to log tasks and updates.
Liaise with clients on-site, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the office team and other engineers to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.Requirements:
Electrical Qualifications: Must hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within the facilities maintenance industry.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge across various building services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Mobile Role: Comfortable with a mobile role, travelling across Swindon and surrounding areas.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Driving License: A full, clean driving license is essential.What We Offer:
