Salary: Grade 3 (Points 5-7) £20,208 - £21,362 (Actual Salary)
Start Date: 1st December 2024
Contract: 32.5 hours per week

The students face a range of challenges including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, and we are committed to helping them thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their learning.
Assist with practical needs, such as personal care programmes and physical assistance.
Support the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans.
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage interaction and participation in activities.
Promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence.
Work alongside teachers to create an engaging, supportive learning environment.Why Join Us?
