What You'll Be Doing: As a member of our Customer Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:

Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
Assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
Ensuring every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and supported.
Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our systems.What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
