What You Will Do:

Lead Stafford Facility HR Improvement Projects, including induction and driving engagement initiatives.
Support localised leadership development focusing on specific HR processes.
Act as the Facility Risk Owner for Data Privacy, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Support talent development processes by coordinating training and development initiatives.
Provide support for employee relations processes and case work.
Contribute to the administration of compensation programs and monitor performance evaluation programs.
What You Will Bring:

Experience as a HR Advisor or Business Partner.
HR technical knowledge including working knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.
Decision making & critical thinking skills
A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Working knowledge of organisational effectiveness, decision making, and critical thinking.
Effective verbal & written communication skills, with an ability to manage interpersonal relationships constructively.
Experience in data gathering, reporting, and employee relations.
An understanding of HR policies, standards, and procedures.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
