We are looking for a Production Operative on a permanent basis for a Global business with a manufacturing plant in Maldon, Essex.

This role is working on a shift pattern that will include weekends.

The duties of the Production Operative will include:

Monitoring an automated Production Line
Using computer system and in-house CRM to run programs
Operating some production machinery
Completing of production related paperwork
Assisting with Machine Changeovers
Undertaking basic quality checks

The ideal Production Operative:

Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production
Good level of IT knowledge
Able to undertake manual handling tasks
Able to work shifts
A current counterbalance forklift ticket would a distinct advantage but no essential

Hours & Pay:

£24,000pa
6am - 6pm 4 on 4 off shift pattern (including some weekends)
25 Days annual leave + BH
Training courses and progression available
Excellent Pension
