Temporary
Dispatch Operative required on the outskirts of Maidstone on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will join an established team and be responsible for allocating materials and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inbound process of stock.
Ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
Assist with stock taking ensuring accuracy of the records.
Issue stock internally, maintaining storage disciplines, systems, and records.
Pack goods ready for shipment
Check each item for visual defects when packing and report any issues.
Follow all packing instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work with the Dispatch Department to confirm completion of the orders.
Maintain packing material supplies.About you:
At least 12 months of relevant experience that can be transferred to this role.
Good IT skills
Organised
Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Attention to Detail
Team Player
This can be a physically demanding role with lifting required.This role is Monday to Friday 8-5 and pays £11.44ph. Our client invests in their staff with opportunities for further training.
