Temporary
Packaging operative required on the outskirts of Maidstone on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be in the Despatch team dealing with all aspects of packing and the administration. This will include completion of packing notes ensuring labels are correct ready for despatch. This will require high attention to detail.
You will be:
Packing orders in terms of priority ensuring the order is correct and neatly packed.
Checking the items for any defects and highlighting as necessary.
Choosing the right packing material for the order
Follow packing instructions ensuring all necessary documents are included for the dispatch team.
Work with other teams as required for example the Dispatch team to confirm when orders are ready.
Help team members organise and maintain packing material supplies
Assist Production and Quality Managers with updates to the Standard Operating Procedure.About you:
Proactive with a can do attitude
Professional and reliable
Excellent communication skills
Well organised
Good attention to detail
Able to multitask
Self-motivatedThis role is Monday to Friday 8-5 and pays £11.44ph. Our client invests in their staff with opportunities for further training.
