We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis for a client of ours in Aylesford. This role is Monday to Friday and on a rotating shift pattern of 6-2 and 2-10.

There is a heavy focus on Stock Control, you will be carrying out queries on stock, cycle counting and supporting stock projects.

Your duties will be:

Maintaining good customer service by managing stock and supporting related projects. Including handling stock transfers, stock checks and resolving any stock issues.
Transferring stock to correct place and general housekeeping to keep the warehouse tidy and clean.
Investigate any stock discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
Pick, check and prepare orders for other departments or internal partners.
Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
Meet weekly targets such as counting stock and updating the system.
Manage the space in the warehouse by unloading and organising stock.
Investigate returned goods and report on them to reduce the number of returns.
Manage the orders ensuring they are processed and delivered correctly.
Communicate with other departments and inform the supervisor of any issues.
Process returns by checking and putting back stock correctly.
Review tasks outstanding and completeWe are looking for someone with experience with stock control.
