Person Specification:

* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject

* MRICS (nearly qualified considered)

* Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions in a range of industry sectors. Work includes but is not limited to:

* Site/Condition Surveys

* Project Management

* Contract Administration

* Detailed Report Writing

* Defect Assessment and Remedial Advice

* Party Wall

* Refurbishments, Restoration, Maintenance & Repair Advice

* Health & Safety

* Technical (CAD) Design & Drawing

* Planning & Building Regulations

* Dilapidations

Salary & Package:

* £45,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience

* Yearly bonus
