Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Director of Children’s Safeguarding and Social Care. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination and tracking progress
- Provide administrative support for key departmental initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in social care or a similar sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of child safeguarding and social care policies is an advantage
