SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant - Stockholm and Remote - English speaking

(SAP SM, SAP CS, SAP PM, SAP EPPM)

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant.

For this role you would need to be onsite in Stockholm, Sweden 3 days per week for first 1-3 months and thereafter can work fully remotely.

Please find some details below:

Role: SAP EPPM Expert/Content Lead Service Management SAP.
Language: Swedish is a plus but not a must
Allocation: Working 3 days a week first 1-3 months
Location: Preferably Sweden but Europe is OK.
Business travel may be required, extent not specified yet.

Assignment description:
Currently, we would like to adjust the EPPM stream: We will have 3 teams under the EPPM umbrella (PS, PPM, Service Management). Service Management should cover all the service orders of the Nordics and we would need a skilled person that could serve as content lead for the service management module within SAP.

We are looking for an Expert in Service Management who will be part of the EPPM umbrella (PS, PPM, Service Management). The person should have profound experience of SAP Service Management.

First assignment for the expert would be to conduct a pre-study and game-plan for service management module:
- sort out processes
- decide when service mgmt needs to be implemented
- showcase art of possible
