RED has now new opportunity for our clients is urgently looking for a ServiceNow and Access Administrator to join their team on a 6months + project.

This contract will be Remote and need an English Speaker.
You need to have at least 3+ years experience working with ServiceNow and Access Administrator to assist with analysing the user access setup in they ServiceNow instance and speak English.

• Job title: ServiceNow and Access Administrator
• Start date: October/November
• Initial end date: 6 months with extension
• Work capacity: Full time, 8 hours daily 5 days x week
• Work location: 100% Remote
• Speak English

Responsibilities:

Analyse Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
Give recommendation on how to build a robust access management structure
Implementation of the agreed access management structure
Documentation and training of system administrators

Skill sets:

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task
Team leader and consensus builder
Excellent communicator
Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues
Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
