International Head of Indirect e-retail - Paris - 12months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an International Head of Indirect e-retail for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.

Requirements for the International Head of Indirect e-retail are:

• Proven experience in a strategic leadership role within the luxury and beauty sectors, with a focus on e-retail.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful global e-retail strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global indirect e-retail strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and brand vision.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key e-retail partners across diverse international markets.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with e-retail partners, ensuring optimal terms and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of e-retail initiatives.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of digital innovations and emerging technologies to enhance the e-retail experience and drive competitive advantage.
