NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location: The Hague
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days a week on location; could be more depending on workload)
Duration: 3 months (extendable)

We're currently looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant. You will be responsible for requirement gathering and functional design of the NetSuite implementation, as well as supporting the customer in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training.

What You Will Do

• Ensure onsite presence for customer interactions.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document the requirements.
• Create and document functional designs.
• Perform gap analysis and coordinate with the technical team on delivery.
• Perform basic testing to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Support the customer in UAT and training.
• Develop training materials.
• Create roles, fields, forms, dashboards, etc.
• Implement the required modules (O2C/P2P/R2R).
• Execute digital service delivery for mobile enterprise, digital inventory, third-party, and agency training/support.
• Provide insights to customers regarding best practices and NetSuite features.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
• Good business process knowledge, including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, Multi-location Management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc.
• Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP, AR, GL).
• Participation in at least 2-3 full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong communication and business requirements/process documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings.
• Ability to capture use cases and perform gap analysis.
• Team player with the ability to deliver on time with high quality.
• End-to-end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.
• Maintain NetSuite users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
• Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on training for all functional areas.
• Provide insight into ERP and CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.
