Litho R&D Engineer

Work on EUV litho as well as post-litho metrology techniques to deliver for projects with a core partner. 300mm wafer processing for lithography, CD measurement, overlay measurement, data analysis and reporting are main tasks.

The assignment

• Work on EUV scanners as well as to perform post-litho metrology techniques to deliver for projects with a core partner.
• CD measurement and overlay measurements post litho are some core tasks.
• Our new team member is expected to analyse the data and report.
• Close collaboration with our client's advanced patterning department core partners will be needed.

Required knowledge and skills

• Ph.D. degree on engineering
• First knowledge or experience on semiconductor area.
• Experience with litho is an asset but not a must.
• Good soft skills regarding team work and communication.
