Danik Group is an established electrical contracting company with experience in providing electrical services to the Telecoms, Commercial, Industrial and Domestic sectors.
Based in north Kent, we work throughout London, Midlands and the South-East delivering a wide variety of projects.
We are now actively seeking a Senior Finance Assistant to join our busy team, covering maternity leave for one year.
This is an office based, full time role
Responsibilities:
* Processing overhead & project costing invoices
* Daily bank reconciliations for 2 accounts
* Assist Head of Finance with management accounts
* Dealing with day-to-day queries
* Oversee 2 finance assistants – managing workload and support
* Maintaining various spreadsheets (Quoting, PO’s & Vehicle trackers)
* CIS Returns
* Weekly subcontractor/supplier payments
* Working daily with Sage 200
* Credit Control and invoicing
* Possible payroll cover when needed.
About You:
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and work to deadlines. You must have excellent time management skills and have solid experience working with Sage 200 & Sicon projects.
You must be confidant in your ability to work within a team, able to communicate with clients and colleagues confidently and professionally.
To apply for this job, you must have previous Finance assistant experience and be confidant in using MS Excel and hold a full UK driving licence.
The details:
This is a full-time position
Working hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary range: £32,000 - £37,000 (dependent on experience)
