As a Construction Design/Development Manager, you will oversee the design and development phases of various projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Architecture or Construction related background with experience.
Proven experience in managing design and development projects within the construction industry.
