Salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience + company car or allowance + 13.75% bonus scheme

Are you a HSQE Manager looking for a role where you can make an impact across the organisation? As this company grows, they are keen to add to their team a dynamic and adaptable Safety professional that can work closely with the SHEQ Director to help the company evolve and design the Safety culture of the business moving forward!

The Role

The role will be to manager a small HSQE team within your region, this will involve providing support and guidance to enable to team to develop their skills and knowledge further.
You will be experienced in the drive and implementation of a positive HSQE culture across the regional projects, while also supporting and leading on investigations of incidents.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance for the Principal Contractor Licence, RISQS and Achilles Certifications and ISO Certifications.
Requirement

It will be beneficial to have a background within the Rail Civil Engineering / Construction sector, within a H&S position.
Experience of a managing a team
It is preferred that you will hold a NVQ 5 / NVQ 6 / Degree with Health & Safety.
Quality / Auditing certifications
