Description

Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining a well-organised work environment.
Managing administrative staff and allocating assignments.
Implementing office policies and procedures.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

A degree in business administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Offer
