Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our premium production and manufacturing client in Grangemouth.

Monday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm & Friday, 10am to 2pm
£12.00 p/h, increasing to £14.85 after 3 weeksAs a Forklift Driver your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Manoeuvring the forklift safely in busy industrial environments
Safely using a forklift to stack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets
Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas using a forklift
Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
Ensuring forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages
Consolidating partial pallets for incoming goodsTo be successful in this FLT position you will hold a valid Counterbalance license, with previous experience operating a forklift truck in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment. Combined with: Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail; The physical ability to perform manual labour; The ability to work well in a team; Knowledge of warehouse H&S requirements;
