Required checks EL1 or EL2
Enhanced DBS
Due to security vetting, candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous residency within the UK.Responsibilities:

Routine and non-routine maintenance
Fault finding
Identification of life-expired equipment
Check, repair, and make good faults and life-expired equipment
Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment
Mains water supply repairs
Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
Ensure statutory works are carried out on time and that work is compliantAdditional Information:

This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.Qualifications:

Full driving licence
Appropriate trade qualificationExperience:

Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package
Experience in operating light plantTechnical Competencies:

Gas Safe registration card
