Sales Associate

Epsom based

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping customers create beautiful, comfortable, and functional living spaces. You will provide personalised customer service, guiding them through product selection, offering advice and ensuring the customers' needs are always met!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers
Provide advice on product features, quality, materials, and styles to help customers make informed decisions.
Assist customers with colour schemes and different bespoke options from the different product ranges
Stay updated on new product arrivals and current promotions.
Providing product information, stock availability, pricing, and delivery options.
Process sales transactions
Advise customers on delivery lead times and ensure they are kept up to date on any delays
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
Assist with store displays
Upselling and cross-selling home furnishing items
Resolve any customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.
Answer calls to the store, giving first class customer service at all timesWorking hours:

9am - 5pm

Working on a 2-week repeating rota, you will work 36 hours week 1 and 37.5 hours week 2 ;

Week one: you will work 3 weekdays, Saturday and Sunday

Week two: you will work 4 weekdays and a Saturday

Salary:

Up to £21,976.50 plus 1% commission on all sales (genuine OTE £28K-£32K)

Skills and Experience required :

Previous sales experience is a must!

Customer service experience gained in a face-to-face environment

Ability to upsell, understand a customer's requirements and match needs to product ranges

Basic computer skills

Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Eager to earn commission
