About the role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding our youngest learners through their first school experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering an engaging curriculum that supports their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The role requires you to plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons, focusing on key areas such as language, literacy, and early maths skills.

You’ll be working closely with teaching assistants and other members of staff to ensure that each child receives tailored support to reach their full potential. Whether through playful activities or structured learning, your role will be to create a safe and nurturing space where every child can thrive.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in an EYFS setting.

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A creative approach to teaching and learning.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

• Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting learning to meet individual needs.

• Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all children.

• Contribute to the school’s wider community and culture.
