Night Concierge

Location: Fulham

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (DOE)

Hours: 4 on, 4 off, 8 PM - 8 AM

Overview:

Our client is in search of a committed Night Concierge to deliver exceptional front-of-house service at their residential development. This role is vital for creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House:

Act as an ambassador for the client, prioritizing high-quality customer service.

Engage positively and empathetically with residents and visitors.

Handle phone and email communications with professionalism, clearly identifying yourself and the brand.

Address and resolve complaints or issues, collaborating with the wider team as needed.

Perform health and safety checks to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Maintain cleanliness of external areas and assist with waste management.

Asset Management:

Support ongoing asset management routines, ensuring effective contract and risk management.

Assist in the mobilization process, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth transitions.

Keep detailed records of compliance and risk management activities.

Collaborate on contract management to implement appropriate schedules.

Qualifications:

A valid UK driving license is required for operating waste management equipment.

1 year previous concierge experience, ideally residential
