Your Role Will Include:

Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities.
Providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs.
Working 1:1 or in small groups with students to boost their confidence and academic progress.
Supporting students with SEN to overcome barriers to learning and help them achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people or students with SEN is desirable.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
