Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school's staff and management.
Maintain accurate student records and manage data entry into school management systems.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events.
Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the school's financial processes, including processing invoices and managing budgets.
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management software (training available).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
