An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager with 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education in the UK to join an independent day nursery, offering excellent benefits.

As a Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the early years setting, ensuring high standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and managing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the nursery.
Mentoring and developing a team of early years practitioners to achieve their full potential.
Managing recruitment, staff training, and ongoing professional development.
Promoting the nursery, handling enquiries, and ensuring positive communication with parents.
Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic plans for enrolment and staffing.

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education in the UK, with 3 years in nursery management.
Background in a leadership role within an early year setting.
A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
A good understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
