Implementation Analyst - Pensions
leading Pensions Provider are looking for an Implementation Analyst who can lead all areas of calculation activity and data analysis and support the delivery of the implementation portfolio. This role reports to the Implementation Manager and is a permanent position.
This is a hybrid role and the office is based in Leeds.
THE ROLE
The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for:
- Lead the data and pension technical requirement workstreams of new business onboarding projects
- Produce, maintain and monitor delivery plans and processes to successfully implement or transfer business across the firm.
- Conduct data audit and mapping analysis on all new business and bulk transfer activity
- Work closely with system and process experts across the business to ensure process efficiency and automation of scheme calculations
- Identify, plan and implement continuous improvement in the onboarding process which lead to improvements in administration functionality
- Ensure risk management principles, information security and data policies are adhered to when delivering projects.
YOU
The ideal Implementation Analyst will have prior experience of:
- Have proven experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration and the interpretation and application of scheme rules
- Have proven experience of pensions calculations in administration
- Have worked on delivering projects and change to a pensions business
- Stakeholder management experience from C-Suite level down to deliver change.
- Knowledge of pensions systems and administration methodology
