Data Protection Specialist - GDPR vacancy for our Sofia based client in the corporate services sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting compliance with regulatory, legal, and group requirements
- Assisting the local Legal Department with data protection compliance activities
- Collaborating on the implementation of the group GDPR compliance program, including Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy by design
- Assisting other departments in managing complaints and ensuring compliance with data subject rights requests under GDPR
- Cooperating with various departments on company projects, impact assessments related to data protection, and risk analysis
- Supporting the preparation, updating, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
Your experience/knowledge:
- Several years of experience in data protection
- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data protection tools and technologies
- University degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration is advantageous
- Language skills: English - fluent
Your soft skills:
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
