Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Southfield, MI

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $32.00

Shift Type: Nights

Shift Times: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hours/Day: 8 hours

Shift Notes:

(3) FT: Monday - Friday & every 3rd weekend

(2) PT: Every 3rd weekend, fill in during the week

Start time for all positions is 3:00 PM or later

Weekend Requirements: Based on case load, will constitute as overtime if needed

On Call Requirements: Yes - discussed at interview

Possible Relocation: Discussed at interview

State Licensure Reimbursement: After 90 days of employment

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various locations, including nursing homes, healthcare facilities, the Department of Corrections, and home health environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality imaging for diagnostic interpretation while providing excellent care and communication to patients and staff.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.

Submit/transmit radiographic images to a Radiologist for interpretation.

Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment to facilities or patients' homes.

Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).

Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents as per protocol.

Maintain regular communication with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.

Ensure professional interaction with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

Maintain and care for the vehicle and radiology equipment.

Physical Demands:

Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs. using vehicle ramps and pulleys.

Must maintain required state licenses and/or ARRT Certification.

Valid drivers license in the applicable state and in good current standing.

COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption (documentation required).

Certification Requirements: ARRT
