Salary: Starting at 130,000USD (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and respond to discovery documents and motions.
Attend and take depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
Summarize meetings with expert witnesses.
Review and summarize records, including medical and HR documents.
Conduct legal and medical research.
Attend court hearings and present arguments.
Assist in trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and motions.
Manage all aspects of civil litigation from start to trial.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as an attorney
Graduate from ABA accredited law school
Member of California Bar in good standing
Experience in civil litigation (plaintiff or defense) required.
