Are you an experienced and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity?

Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEMH Teaching Assistants to begin a long-term position from September on an ongoing basis. This is a full time role and you will be expected to complete typical TA duties.

You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
* Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
* Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Supervising students during break times and lunch.
* Supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
