We believe in creating strong educational communities and are currently looking for a friendly and organised School Receptionist to join a vibrant and busy school environment in Birmingham and be the welcoming face of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, students, and parents warmly and professionally.
Manage incoming calls and handle correspondence efficiently.
Maintain accurate school records and assist with administrative duties.
Support staff and students with inquiries and requests.
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management software (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
A friendly and approachable attitude, committed to excellent customer service.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
