Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Strong ability to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with additional needs.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
