Primary School Teacher

Key Duties:

* Design and implement engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.

* Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes students' personal and academic growth.

* Foster a supportive learning environment for students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs.

* Monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

* Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning space.

* Take part in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities to support the wider school community.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

* Proven experience teaching in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).

* Strong ability to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with additional needs.

* Excellent classroom management skills.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

* Passionate about creating an inspiring and nurturing learning environment.
