Ironstone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the opening of a brand new Children's Care provision based in the ST Annes On Sea, Lancashire.
SALARY £52,000-£55,000.
BONUS SCHEME & PROFIT SHARE.
The provision is a beautiful 4 bedroomed Therapeutic Home that will cater for 2 young people. Our client is dedicated to providing the best possible care for every young person. You will liase with the RI and work together in the registration and opening of the home.

Staff training will be on a regular basis from RSW's to the Registered Manager, based on a therapeutic model, this will be essential to the ethos of the home.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home within the last 5 years that carries a rating of "Good" or above.
You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for Children & Young Peoples Workforce.
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or be willing to undertake).
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
You must be passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities.
