As a Member Advisor you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities consist of:

Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions (cash handling)

Problem solving and member account maintenance

Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services

Providing excellent member service

Assist at other branches within the region as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous Customer Service Experience
