A Stoke on Trent based registered charity, supporting people to work their way out of homelessness, is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor to provide a customer sales support in store as well as manage item sales and enquiries online.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supporting customers through the purchase processes, taking payments, and arranging deliveries as well as providing after-sales support when required.
Taking orders from customers over the phone, by email, social media and in person.
Liaising and building relationships with potential customers and purchasers.
Taking the lead on store presentation, appearance and its promotion, coordinating promotional events and sales where possible.
Managing store cover with colleagues and volunteers.
The Store Supervisor will have the following skills and attributes:

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with others.
Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages and familiarity with eBay selling is desirable.
Previous experience working in a charity retail store environment would be a distinct advantage.
You will be working 21 hours per week onsite over 3 days. Days of work will be agreed during your interview.
